Privacy Policy

CORE is a creator-analytics tool operated by NeonChorus (“CORE,” “we,” “us”). It reads a creator’s own channel data and public information about their niche to help them understand what’s working and decide what to make next. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it to be plain. If anything is unclear, email us.
What we collect
- Your account: the email address and password you use to sign in. Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash. We never store or see your actual password.
- Your channel data (with your permission, via Google sign-in): when you connect your YouTube channel, CORE reads (read-only) your channel’s information and your private YouTube Analytics (such as views, watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained, and audience-retention data). CORE never posts, edits, deletes, or changes anything on your channel or Google account.
- Public information about your niche: publicly available data about other channels and videos in your space (e.g., public view counts and titles), used to show you what’s gaining ground around you.
How we use it
- To provide the service to you: generating your channel intelligence: what’s working, what your niche rewards, and a next move you can stand behind.
- Each account’s data is isolated to that account. We do not use one creator’s private data to serve another creator.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We store data on our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) and use trusted processors to run the service, including an AI provider (Anthropic) to analyze content and produce insights (for example, identifying the subjects discussed in videos). These providers process data only to provide the service to you and are bound to keep it confidential. We do not send your data to anyone for their own purposes.
Google user data: Limited Use
CORE’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you see in CORE, we do not transfer it except as needed to provide those features (or as required by law), and we do not use it for advertising or sell it.
CORE uses YouTube API Services. By using CORE you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled in line with the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke CORE’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Keeping it secure
Access to CORE is protected by your own login. Each creator can only see their own channel’s data. Accounts are structurally isolated from one another. Connections to CORE are encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and your channel access is granted by Google’s OAuth on a read-only basis.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect your channel at any time (which revokes CORE’s read access), and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing us. We’ll remove it promptly.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
